Welcome to Napier Boys’ High School. 0ver the past 150 years Napier Boys’ High School has maintained a sense of pride in establishing the best of traditions with a focus on high expectations. We realise that ‘all’ young men require a holistic and well-rounded education to prepare them for the modern world. Furthermore, we are a school committed to fostering a curriculum where every student has access to an extensive range of opportunities that support personal excellence alongside whakawhānaungatanga (establishing relationships). Our curriculum is purposeful and we strongly believe in building positive relationships so we can get alongside our students guiding them toward academic success. The academic curriculum is organised around the idea that the student is at the centre of our decision making.
This means students will have access to a variety of disciplines where they can pursue a range of academic studies appropriate to their talents.
